These terms are a general template and not a substitute for bespoke legal advice. Because this business sells health-adjacent digital products and consultations, we recommend having these terms reviewed by a solicitor before relying on them commercially.

1. Who we are

The Wellness Script ("we", "us") is an education and wellness advisory service run by a GPhC-registered pharmacist, providing digital wellness products, a wellness tracking app, and education and wellness consultations. Contact: thewellnessscriptedu@gmail.com.

2. Nature of our services

Important: The Wellness Script provides general wellness information, education, and self-monitoring tools. Nothing we provide — including digital products, the app, or consultations — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a clinical medication review. It does not replace the advice of your GP, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, call NHS 111.

Our consultations are educational and wellness-focused. We do not prescribe medication, diagnose conditions, or provide emergency or crisis care. If a consultation identifies a concern requiring clinical assessment, you will be advised to contact your GP or another appropriate service.

3. Digital products and delivery

PDF trackers, planners, and app access are delivered digitally and instantly (or as promptly as reasonably possible) after successful payment via Gumroad.

Right to cancel — digital content: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately on purchase (such as our PDF downloads and app access), by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has begun.

4. Refunds

Because our digital products are delivered instantly, we do not generally offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or app access has been granted, except where the product is faulty or not as described, in which case please contact us and we will put things right or offer a refund at our discretion. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

5. The Wellness Script app

The app is a self-monitoring and educational wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and readings or flags shown in the app (including blood pressure flags based on NICE guideline thresholds) are for information only.
All data you enter into the app (sleep, blood pressure, diary entries, etc.) is stored locally in your browser on your own device. We do not receive, transmit, or have access to this data, and cannot recover it if lost (e.g. if you clear your browser data or change device).
Access is provided via a personal access code issued after purchase, for your individual use. Please do not share your access code.

6. Consultations

Consultation availability, pricing and format (video/WhatsApp) are as described on our website at the time of booking and are subject to change. Consultations are provided on a one-to-one educational and wellness advisory basis and are not a substitute for NHS or private clinical care.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, in our digital products, and within the app (including text, design, and articles) is owned by The Wellness Script and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wellness Script is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on general wellness information provided through our website, products, app, or consultations, except where such loss arises from our negligence and is not otherwise excludable by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
